Being a REALTOR is more than just selling and listing homes. The job is more about caring for each client, hearing what they are telling you and then acting in their best interest. In today's market, you can find a REALTOR anywhere, but finding a GREAT REALTOR is a much more challenging task. I take great pride in being your "Neighborhood Expert". Research and comparable homes is only the beginning of knowing what the market is doing in each neighborhood.
Today's real estate market is constantly changing and evolving. With social media and technology leaps happening on a weekly basis, you need a professional that understands how these changes can benefit you, the client. I am a self proclaimed "techy". I enjoy using new technologies to assist in selling or buying a home. With nearly 90% of people beginning their search for a new home on the internet, your agent MUST understand this market.
The most important thing to look for is an agent that wants to make their clients ecstatic about their home, not just happy.
Congratulations! You found that REALTOR!
