I will perform a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) on your home and get back with you very quickly. My analysis will focus on homes that have sold within your neighborhood or area within the last 6-9 months. After I get the initial numbers, we can adjust them based on upgrades and unique items that add value to your home. For instance, if you have added granite counters and wood floors, then we will need to add some value for those items. Did you put in a pool? There is some more value!
