About The Role

  • What is a Guide?

    At 6th Ave Homes, we call all of our licensed real estate agents “Guides”. While we are all technically agents, we prefer the term guide because we believe that truly defines what a good agent is supposed to do. A guide cares about the success of the client and not themselves. They seek to understand the customer's problem, empathize with them, and help them overcome it. A guide knows what they are doing and is better than a salesman. The best realtors are actually just good real estate guides. So, we decided to the Guide name was more fitting.

    Location : Fort Worth, Parker County, and Bell County, TX

  • Education – Texas Real Estate License

 1. Read Our Mission

Our mission and culture is the most important part of what we do, and ultimately, it’s how we make hiring decisions. Please read our mission, values, and watch our video to learn more about our story. We refer to our core values and mission statement often, so it’s important to become familiar with these.

2. Take These Questionnaires

We use tools like Culture Index and the Enneagram in our hiring process to help our team understand an applicant’s personality, strengths, and gifts.

Please take these online tests at the links below. It will only take around 10 minutes each. There are no right or wrong answers - we just want honesty!

***Include in your email that you have completed this assessment.

Enneagram Test

***Please send us your results for the Enneagram test when you get them. The number is fine (Ex: 8 or 8w7). If you already know your enneagram, you do not need to take the test.

3. Email Us the following

  • Confirmation that you completed the Culture Index

  • Enneagram Test result

  • Answers to the following questions:

A. Is there one of our core values that stand out to you?

B. What are you most excited for in life in this next year? Not career or work related.

C. Can you explain more why you are looking for a change?
